About  the Artist

Hello, I’m Karen, the founder of Petite Fleur Cake, based in NYC.

With a deep passion for crafting beautiful wedding and celebration cakes, I specialize in turning your sweetest dreams into edible art. Every cake I create is custom-designed with care and precision, ensuring a stunning and delicious masterpiece that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

My background is in Fashion & Textile Design, and after spending over 15 years in the fashion industry, I transitioned my creative expertise into the world of cake design.  

In 2010, I completed the prestigious cake program at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City, studying under the mentorship of Penny Stankiewicz. Along the way, I had the privilege of learning from industry legends like Maggie Austin and Ron Ben-Israel, further refining my craft.​
