Hello, I'm Karen.- the founder of Petite Fleur Cake, based in NYC.

With a passion for creating stunning wedding and celebration cakes, I bring your sweetest dreams to life. Each cake is custom-made with love and attention to detail, ensuring a delicious masterpiece that leaves your guests in awe.

In 2010, I completed the cake program at ICE school in New York City under the guidance of Penny Stankiewicz. During my educational journey, I had the valuable opportunity to gain insights from renowned industry veterans like Maggie Austin and Ron Ben-Israel.
