Do you deliver?
YES! We deliver all of our cakes across the Tri-boro areas, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, part of Bronx, Staten Island, and New Jersey.
Where do you located?
Petite Fleur Cake is based in Sunnyside, Queens, NY. We are an online cake boutique, and currently don't have a storefront yet. We are registered and have obtained our food safety handler licenses.
Not a fondant fan?
Not a problem! Many elegant wedding cake designs can be achieved with or without fondant. You can opt for Swiss meringue buttercream icing to cover your cake. If the taste of fondant concerns you, but your desired design requires it, you can still request a fondant-covered cake without worrying about the taste. Fondant can be easily removed from the slice, leaving everything else unchanged. When completing the order form, please describe your preferences so we can cater to your needs.

What is Korean Buttercream?
Korean glossy buttercream was originally developed and patented by GG in Korea in 2015, The altered recipe we use is similar to Swiss meringue, which is slightly less sweet compared to the traditional buttercream recipes. Korean buttercream is a wonderful alternative and is known for its shiny, translucent appearance and better heat stability, and that is what we use when we pipe our flowers.
